Job Description:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service throughout the guest's dining journey. Your role involves:
- Ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable, and thoroughly attended to.
- Effectively communicating menu offerings, guiding guests to make informed choices.
- Representing both the BYD and 1826 brands with professionalism.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all orders.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to high standards.
- Handling other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but good knowledge in customer service is essential.
- Basic knowledge in food preparation, spirits & liquors will be an added advantage.
- Warm personality with a great smile and a can-do attitude.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English.
- Candidates waiting for NS enlistment or students are welcome.
- For Part-Timers, hourly rate will be based on experience.
